1897 (JY 7) small registered envelope to Roseau, Dominica franked group of four 1886 Provisional Surcharges tied by Tobago cds with inverted index A, Dominica arrival cancels below (JY 13); a little roughly opened on reverse, some slight toning, still a very attractive and scarce usage.
