1896 (7/2) '20 Para 20' on 5k. reply stationery card with outer section to MELLENBACH, Austria and cancelled 'BEIRUT/OESTERREICHES POST', arrival cds to left of 16/2. The reply section returned to Beirut on 22/4 with arrival cds of 2/5. Each card with long messages. The outward card with vertical crease and cards separated although is likely they were once a pair.

1908 (18.VII.) registered picture postcard of Constantinople to Dresden bearing a mixed franking of French currency 5c. and 10c. together with Turkish currency 1pi. tied by two Constantinopel III Oesterr Post cds with matching registration label to left, arrival cds bottom left.
1913 (1/3) registered commercial envelope from Samos to the Russian Black sea port of Novorossiysk franked pair 1908-14 1pi deep blue/azure tied by single Vathy Oesterrichische Post cds with further strike at right, arrival backstamp; envelope roughly opened at top causing some slight damage.
1913 (20.X.) insured parcel card to Budapest franked 1908-14 2pi red/yellow and5pi deep brown/greyish tied double-ring Constantinopel I Oesterr. Post cds, Alexandria-Constant transit cds; good condition.
1914 parcel card to Switzerland franked 2pi red/yellow (2) and 5pi deep brown/greyish tied by blue-grey VATHY Osterr. Post date stamps, repeated at left under the labels, Triest 8 d transit cancel on white bael at left, St Georgen transit backstamp.
British Post Offices: 1898 (9.12.) cover to London bearing very fine 1.P.T. Union Jack revenue stamp and International Occupation Governor Monfatsi with manuscript initials, passed to Austrian Post Office with 1pi on 10c tied Candia Oesterreichsche Post cds of 12th, redirected upon arrival with London square circle at top, London S.W. arrival backstamp. Extremely fine examples of the British handstamps, the Union Jack handstamp was in use only from December 1898 to July 1899; a little roughly opened with tear top left.
Undated cover to Nizza bearing Constantinopel 13/10 cds, m/s rating “7”, refused and returned with m/s “zk Constantinopel” and Nizza crossed-out in same ink, red cds of 20/10, reverse with m/s “refuse” and final Constantinopel arrival. Two vertical slits for disinfection.
