Union Jack revenue stamp and International Occupation Governor Monfatsi with manuscript initials, passed to Austrian Post Office with 1pi on 10c tied Candia Oesterreichsche Post cds of 12th, redirected upon arrival with London square circle at top, London S.W. arrival backstamp. Extremely fine examples of the British handstamps, the Union Jack handstamp was in use only from December 1898 to July 1899; a little roughly opened with tear top left.
