Late 1850s mixed franking cover ro Belgium bearing 1857 3Sgr (2) with four close to large margins (the right hand stamp very harshly described in certificate as rubbed at top) in combination with 1859 1Sgr rose-red, tied four ring 103 numerals with framed BERLIN/ STADTPOST-EXPED VII date stamp in association, reverse with Belgian entry and Brussels arrival cds, the wax seal has been cut out.
