1886 registered cover to London franked Great Britain Jubilee issue overprinted 2 1/2d. in horizontal strip of six tied Eshowe cds, Government embossed envelope with Treasury oval date stamp on back. Registered London transit and arrival date stamps.
1889 registered cover to Munich bearing Great Britain overprinted 1d., 3d., 4d. and 6d. pair together with Natal overprinted ½d. (with stop after Zululand, SG 12) all tied by four double-ring cds, arrival backstamp. Very fine and attractive franking.
1891 (26 OC) registered cover to Hannover bearing ten 1891 1d dull mauve Postal Fiscals consisting of two pairs and a strip of six tied by clear Eshowe cds; a heavy filing crease at left causing a little splitting. A very fine multiple franking.
1892 (27 Apr) long blue envelope registered to Germany, franked 1888 6d. and 1891 Natal Postal Fiscal 1d. (10) all cancelled with Nkandhla Zululand triple ring date stamp in violet, Registered London at center, reverse with Eshowe (29.4.), Dundee (30.4.) and arrival; central vertical crease, a remarkable franking from this small office.
1892 (JY 4) registered cover to Hannover franked 1888-93 Great Britain Jubilee overprinted 9d. plus 1891 1d. postal fiscal tied Eshowe Zululand double-ring cds, red London transit below, reverse with Durban transit and arrival cds.
1895 (7 AP) cover to Johannesburg franked 1888-93 ½d. vermilion in horizontal strip of four tied double circle Nqutu Zululand cds and showing on reverse Rorkes Drift (8.4.), Dundee (8.4.), Charlestown (9.4.) and arrival (10.4.) date stamps; some slight perf faults to strip otherwise a good fresh example of this rare franking.
1895 registered cover to Dresden bearing Great Britain overprinted 2 ½d. and 5d. tied Eshowe double ring cds, both red and blue registration lines, London transit on front and that of Durban on reverse together with arrival cds.
