(Benin) 1902 (31 Mar) Insured Envelope for 200 francs to Pierrefeu, Switzerland franked two 30c. tied by blue Porto-Novo Dahomey cds, straight-line CHARGE and framed ‘R’ in same ink and similarly a segmented charge cachet on rverse together with five intact wax seals, arrival backstamp; a little roughly opened at top.
