China (Kewkiang Local Post) 1896 (29 Jun) envelope addressed to the “Postmaster/ French Postoffice/ Shanghai”, endorsed at top “Foreign Mail” franked two 1894 1c. ‘Little Orphan Rock’ cancelled by single double oval date stamp, arrival backstamp.
