Saint Helena 1879 (JU 13) ‘On Her Majesty’s Service’ (deleted) envelope to England at double packet rate franked two 1s dark green, perf 14 x 12½ with ‘cross’ cancellations, despatch cds at left, reverse with Bristol transit and Cheltenham arrivals. Under a Treasury Warrant of 13th June 1876 both the Cape and the St. Helena rates were reduced to 6d. Some creasing, last day of rate.
