Norna via Suez" tied by oval barred "B53" obliterators in black; found to be over ¼ ounce and struck with oval "INSUFFICIENTLY / PREPAID" in red. Reverse with "Mauritius" despatch cds (Jan 12) in blue and struck with diamond "GB / IF 62½" accountancy marking in black and charged with handstruck "18" décimes in black on arrival (Feb 19).
