BERMUDA: 1883 (Feb 1): Soldier's concessionary envelope to London endorsed "from No C 1939 Corporal Frederick Harrow / Commissariat of Transport Corps / Hamilton Bermuda" and countersigned by Officer from the same Corps, franked by 1865/1903 2 d. tied by blue "HAMILTON BERMUDA" duplex. Some toning around perfs and small part of backflap missing, a great rarity with only two recorded paying the 2 pence privilege rate.
