DOMINICA DOMINICA: 1883 (July 25): Registered circular envelope to Scotland franked with 1882 bisect ½ in red on 1 d. lilac in four severed pairs consisting of stamps from right and left, tied by A07 obliterators, DOMINICA cds at base. The envelope was originally addressed and unsealed with flap tucked in to Edinburgh whose arrival cds appears on reverse and re-addressed to London and sealed, the old address carefully removed and new one added. Fine and fresh. SG 11
