CHINA: 1889 (June 18): Mourning envelope to Gent, Belgium franked Small Dragon 3 ca. Illac pert. 11/2 x 12 by fine blue TIENTSIN seal in combination with France Sage 25 c. black / rose (YT 97), both adhesives tied by "SHANGHAI CHINE" cds, red French TPO below, reverse with "CUSTOMS TIENTSIN" cds, "CUSTOMS SHANGHAI" cds (June 24) alongside, blue "PARIS ETRANGER transit (Aug 3) and GAND arrival cds of the next day. Right-hand side panel is missing on reverse, correctly franked combination cover with all appropriate cancels present.
