1909-23 Waterlow & Sons perforated proof of 12c. ‘Palm Cockatoo’ in unissued colours of red and black in complete sheetlet of nine, each stamp overprinted ‘Waterlow & Sons Ltd Specimen’ with small punch hole in corner, the stamps within the sheet are imperforate horizontally between each other but not margin, fresh unused without gum. Very rare.
