1928 (JY 25) registered cover addressed to Kyrenia, Cyprus franked 1½d. (2) and a 2d. each tied by cds, reverse with London transit of 15 AU and arrival cds of AU 23; a little wrinkling and slight tone at top of 2d., a good example to a more unusual destination.
1937 small parcel piece tied 1pi. pair, 6pi. and pair 18pi tied faint Larnaca cds
c1879 local envelope from Larnaca to Sir Robert Biddulph at Nicosia franked Great Britain 1864/79 1d. red plate 179, TI, tied by ‘942’ obliterator in black. Envelope slightly fragile, rare and still very fine. Sir Robert Biddulph became High Commissioner and Commander-in-Chief of Cyprus in July 1879.
