1899 (15 Apr) large part cover to Scotland bearing manuscript "No Stamps obtained" and signed, framed Burutu date stamp, incorrectly taxed at 2d. and actually paid 1d.. On reverse Liverpool transit. Some faults to envelope, still a worthwhile example of West African Frontier Force mail.
