Madagascar 1913 ‘Avis De Reception’ form franked Sultanat D’Anjouan ‘10’ on 40c. tied St Marie Madagascar cds, to Tamatave, reverse with Maronantsetra transit on return journey. At this point all of the stamps from Madagascar & Dependencies were used interchangeably throughout the colony; slight faults at one corner of form, a rare usage. Ex.
