1889 (JU 10) part printed “Republica del Paraguay/ Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores” envelope addressed to Consul General at Buenos Aires franked 1886 (Sept-Dec) ‘OFFICIAL’ overprinted set of seven tied Asuncion cds (Inverted JU month). Reverse with fine violet official cachet and arrival cds. Two heavy vertical filing creases that has caused some slight splitting.
