Hong Kong (China I.P.O.) 1901 2c. postal stationery envelope to Leipzig, bearing bilingual Amoy cds where cash was paid for the internal postage, very unusually a 2c. stationery envelope has been used together with pair 4c. to make 10c. overseas rate all cancelled with two fine framed I.P.O. handstamps of Amoy and three cds, arrival backstamp.
