Bechuanaland 1911 (SP 27) registered cover to Fort Wayne, Indiana franked five 1904-13 1d. tied Lobatsi cds, Kimberley and Cape Town transit backstamps together with New York (10.26) and faint red arrival (Oct 28), the obverse showing red manuscript “Deficiency/ noted” and various handstamps, three blue Officially Sealed labels applied tied New York date stamp.
