REUNION without accent 40 c. orange, a right marginal horizontal strip of three as well as 1 fr. olive, a single adhesive from the lower right sheet margin and a horizontal strip of four (Yv 14+16), tied by "REUNION SAINT PIERRE" cds in blue, information strike and framed R in the same ink alongside, reverse with Shipmail "LA REUNION A MARSEILLE" octagonal datestamp, "REUNION / POINTE DES GALETES" transit and STRASSBURG arrival (March 29) cds. Envelope roughly opened at base on reverse as flap was stuck down with wax seals, now missing, margin close at base of second 1 f. stamp, others with good to large.
