Very scarce.

TIBET: 1955 Native internal envelope from Gyantse to Lhasa franked Tibet 3rd issue 4t. + 4t. quadrisect on reverse, both tied by GYANTSE Type VIII (Hel. T41) cancel. It is generally thought that sometime between late 1955 to early 1956 the registration rate was increased to 5t.. A lack of 1t. and 5t. stamps led to bisects and quadrisects. Fine. Only known from Gyantse.
