1887 (MY 11) registered cover to Birmingham franked three single 5c ‘Common Seal’ tied by ‘235’ obliterators with St Johns cds bottom left, two Liverpool transits; backflap missing.
1904 (29 Mars) registered cover to Montevideo, Uruguay franked 1896-99 25c. black on rose together with 1903 ‘Zebu’ 1c., 4c., 5c. pair and 10c. cancelled Tananarive cds, framed ‘T’ handstamp and further cds at top, Montevideo registration etiquette top left, arrival backstamp. A fine and unusual destination, Ex. Grabowski.
1922 ‘15’ on 10c. picture stationery card entitled ‘The Farm’ used from Elizabethville to Belgium, showing clear double surcharge variety.

1965-66 group of 61 Courvoisier imperf progressive and finished proofs for Marine Life series including Crustaceans in groups of five plus 40c Mantis Shrimp with four different colour bodies in unissued colours resulting in four unissued colour final proofs, fish set of three with two groups of 25c, one with unissued yellow-orange shade and Shells values in groups of five. A fine and unique item.
1968 and 1969 Fauna sets in 79 progressive, finished and rejected imperf proofs on Courvoisier archival pages with 1968 5m Golden Jackal, 8m. Crested Porcupine including two groups of five in final unissued colour, 20m Fennex Fox with two sets, the first with brighter yellow rejected plus 60m. Wild Boar with unissued colour. 1969 set with 10m. Dromedary Camel, 40m Horse, 15m Dorcas Gazelle with two unissued colours and two sets of 25m Hedgehog. The unissued colour group have been erased with red line, the colour differences are generally quite minimal. A unique item.
