1930 (JU 6) registered first flight cover to Kingstown, Saint Vincent franked ½d., 3d. and 1/- tied cds, reverse with Castries St Lucia cds of 27 FE 31 and G.P.O. St Vincent of 10 MR. The flight was aborted due to bad weather at Antigua. Some eight months later, HMS Dorsetshire called at Plymouth, leaving behind her seaplane to carry out the flight. The first airmail to any destination from Montserrat.
1932 (30.9.) registered airmail cover from Milano, Italy, carried by Imperial Airways as part of the new route from London to India, arrival backstamps; a fine and rare acceptance.
