(Postage Due) 1931 (Dec 10) unpaid ‘Cutress’ cover from London with Post Early for Christmas slogan cancel, blue “T.30” to indicate double deficiency of 1 ½d. x 2 (= 30 gold centimes), arrival backstamp of 30 DE, with 1930-33 6c. black/yellow and 12c. black/bue applied on face and tied by Zanzibar cds of following day.
