1912 cover to Germany endorsed "per Alexandra Woermann" bearing multiple franking 5c. Monkey tied oval 'DEUTSCHE SEEPOST/LINIE/HAMBURG/WESTAFRIKA/LIII' date stamp.
1928 (19.6.) part printed envelope to London franked Official/ Service 3c Providence Island tied by single strike of oval German maritime date stamp Deutsche Seepost/ Linie/ Hamburg/ Westafrika/ XXXIV; crease at left of envelope well clear of adhesive.
1936 'Provisional Airmail' issues set of three on individual covers bearing printed "ISSUED UPON THE OCCASION OF THE FIRST LIBERIAN AIR MAIL SERVICE/DUSIDE TO CAPE PALMAS, 28TH FEBRUARY 1936.", each with 'MONROVIA' despatch and 'HARPER' arrival. Fine and rare.
1946 (15.1.) registered airmail cover to New York franked on front three 5c. Roosevelt and, on reverse further example plus pair of scarce airmail 30c. on 4c. tied Monravia cds and those on reverse by New York cancels; scarce commercial airmail.
1952 hand-painted 3c. Harper Map working proof in violet and blue. The two busts at top not complete, the right-hand one similar to issued stamp, the one at left at a very different angle, a few manuscript annotations; fine and unusual.
