1885 40 PARAS on 2½d. block of eight, HQ-IT, each stamp handstamped SPECIMEN. The stamps were surcharged from a horizontal setting of eight clichés, of which 3 showed a small ‘S’. The four stamps at right of this block are with the small ‘S’; fresh hinged mint.
