1893 German Philatelic Newspaper sent registered to Drome, France, endorsed “imprimes” franked 1886 1c. ‘Sun’ and 2c. ‘Arms’ (9, pair and strips of three and four) tied Lima date stamps, registration handstamp top right and arrival at left. The newspaper maybe being used as wrapping paper with noted two lengths of string under the adhered label, rare registered printed matter.
