(Postage Due) 1930 (JY 1) incoming underpaid cover from Kampala, Uganda to Poste Restante, underfranked with 1c., 'T' in circle and plain 'T' tax mark alongside, deficiency of 14 Uganda cents calculated as 35 gold centimes (=21 Zanzibar cents) paid by 1926-30 21c. black/orange postage due tied cds, subsequently marked with red m/s cross and initials, and charged "Charges Paid" below, the same ink deleting Tax marks and used fro the return address to Kampala.
