1935 (23.IX.) incoming unfranked cover from Kuopio, Finland to Tunis endorsed Express under despatch cancel, framed ‘T’ handstamp and blue crayon “41 2/3c” , a 1923-29 3f. violet/rose postage due applied and tied by machine cancel, but the charge was refused and stamp with green crayon cross, address similarly erased and thee-line handstamp TUNIS/ RETOUR/ A L’ENVOYEUR front and back. Small tear at top of envelope.
1938 stampless internal envelope addressed to Tamatave with triangular framed handstamp at left and in manuscript at right, top left with manuscript “T = 1.30” charge and 1908 Postage Dues 10c., 20c. and 1f. applied and tied Tamatave cds; part of bottom backflap missing.
